Are you our new restaurant staff member at Hotel Corallen?

Our hotel is beautifully located with a view of the Baltic Sea. We offer 75 hotel rooms, conference facilities, a relaxation area, and restaurant service. We now need to expand a position in our restaurant.

We are looking for someone who is social, stress-resistant, and loves working with people. With us, the guest always comes first, and service is our top priority!

We see that you have experience in serving and bar work and love to try to sell that little extra!

You should be able to take your own initiatives and be flexible for changes and responsible.

The position is 75% + extra hours, permanent employment. Evening shifts, occasional daytime, and weekends.

Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, which includes serving alcohol, you must be at least 20 years old to apply. This requirement follows the Alcohol Act (2010:1622), Chapter 3, Section 7, which states that staff who independently serve alcoholic beverages must be at least 20 years old.

Some of your tasks will include:

· Serving our guests in the restaurant

· Taking orders

· Handling cash

· Working at the bar

· Upselling

· Following routines and checklists established for the workplace

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the advertisement has expired.
